When do I get a confirmation after placing my order online?
You will receive a confirmation page with an order # immediately after clicking the "Place Order" button. Within a few minutes you should also receive an email confirmation summarizing the order.

All Palm Beach Prime products arrive in our attractive gift box, packed in a sturdy reusable insulated cooler with plenty of dry ice to ensure the products remain frozen or chilled

If my order arrives partially thawed, are they still good?
YES, for our Steaks, Pork, Lamb and Veal - these products that are vacuum sealed as long as the product feels cool to the touch, the quality is not diminished, and you can refrigerate or refreeze until you are ready to eat them.
Lobster tails, shrimp, fish and chicken should not be refrozen. But as long as they arrive cool to the touch, they can be put in the refrigerator to be eaten within 7 days.

How do you recommend I thaw Palm Beach Prime products?
One of the reasons our clients love our products is the convenience of reaching into the freezer, removing one of Palm Beach Prime products, putting it in the sink in cool water for 10-15 minutes (depending on the thickness of the item) and then preheating the oven or grill to have dinner ready 30-45 minutes literally after walking in the door from a busy day at work!
For a quick thaw, place sealed item in cold/warm water in the sink for 10-15 minutes depending on the thickness
You can thaw Palm Beach Prime products in the refrigerator overnight. It will take about 18-24 hours for steaks. DO NOT remove the plastic wrap until ready to cook. This slow thawing enhances the flavor by preserving the natural tenderness.
